About Us
You’re not just buying jewelry. You’re choosing what story you want to tell next.
Hi, I’m Christina – the hands and heart behind Woven Earth Jewelry.
I believe jewelry should tell a story. Jewelry should hold meaning.
That’s why every piece I craft has a story behind it.
Jewelry That Takes You Somewhere
You know those small moments that stay with you?
The feeling of sand between your feet. The sound of wind moving through branches overhead. The smell of salt in the air, just before the fog rolls in.
These are the moments that inspire me.
Where Story and Nature Meet
Wire-wrapping is at the heart of my work.
Every piece of jewelry begins with a sketch – and a feeling or a moment that inspires it. From there, I bring it to life, wrapping each piece by hand. Sometimes I blend other techniques like weaving, soldering, or texture work to add strength and character.
The result isn’t just something pretty – it’s jewelry that holds a story, ready to become part of yours.
My Jewelry Design Journey
Before I called myself a jeweler, I just knew I loved to make things.
I still remember the first time I held something I had made with my own hands.
It was a tiny metal charm, poured from a childhood bracelet kit. But it was mine – I had created it from start to finish.
I was maybe eight years old. I didn’t have the words for it yet. But I already understood that making something real – something you can hold, wear, and keep – meant something.
It still does.
Years later, I worked in an afterschool program for the YMCA. I’d bring out beading supplies and sit with children at the table, stringing beads and making bracelets together. They’d ask questions, pick colors, change their minds a few times, and then smile with pride at the finished result.
Eventually, I decided to make jewelry seriously. Not just as a creative outlet – but as work I could stand behind. Work I could be proud of.
Real Materials You Can Feel Good In
I believe the materials matter just as much as the design.
That’s why I choose only what’s natural: gemstones, freshwater pearls, shells, wood, and fine metals like sterling silver and 14k gold-filled wire.
I avoid plated metals, raw base metals, plastic, and glass in my jewelry. Because I want your jewelry to live with you – to feel good on your skin and hold up to your real life.
Natural materials don’t just look beautiful – they stay beautiful with care. And they feel good to wear.
No Two Pieces Are the Same
Each stone has its own personality with subtle markings, colors, and textures. Every pearl or shell has its own unique shape.
Each one is a little different, a little imperfect, and a little alive.
These details shape each piece into something truly special. They’re what help make up the story.
So when you choose a piece of handmade jewelry, you’re choosing one no one else will ever own exactly the same. And that’s what makes your piece yours.
Jewelry That Feels Like a Memory
Jewelry should do more than match your outfit. My favorite pieces are the ones that remind you of something.
Maybe it’s the hush of trees on a foggy trail. Or light dancing across water. Maybe it reminds you of seafoam and driftwood. Or the way a fallen leaf catches the breeze.
To me, jewelry is a way to hold a memory close – to connect to a moment, to nature, or to yourself. Like a wearable memory wrapped in silver and gold.
That’s the feeling I wrap into every design, whether it’s a necklace that brings back memories of misty beach mornings or earrings inspired by the forest. And I hope you feel it every time you wear it.
