Every piece of Woven Earth Jewelry is handcrafted, start to finish. I work with natural materials and fine metals, shaping each design through hours of wirework.

Because I use natural stones, pearls, and other materials, your jewelry may show subtle variations – shifts in color, fine cracks, or unique patterns – that make it uniquely yours.

I hope you love your jewelry the moment you open the box. But if something isn’t right, I want to know.

How Returns Work

If your jewelry arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, tell me about it.

• Please contact me within 6 days of delivery to start a return. This short window helps keep the jewelry in its original condition and allows me to support you more quickly. I unfortunately can’t accept returns past this timeframe.

• Items must be unworn and in all original packaging. Please include a photo of the item as it arrived. This helps me understand what happened and find the best solution.

• If I made a mistake – the item is damaged or not what you ordered – I’ll cover return shipping and work quickly to make things right. For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once I receive your return and confirm it’s in good shape, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method – typically within 7 business days.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on my part.

Exchanges

I don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, feel free to return your item (following the steps above) and place a new order whenever you’re ready.
