Every order I send out is more than just a package – it’s a little story wrapped in precious metals, gemstones, and meaning. And I’m excited to get your new jewelry safely into your hands.
Here’s how your handcrafted jewelry makes its way to you – and everything you need to know about how I ship.
Where I Ship
Right now, I ship within the United States and to the following countries and territories:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

International Orders
International customers may be responsible for VAT, import duties, or customs fees charged by their country.
Shipping Options & Rates
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location. I use reliable carriers like USPS and UPS to make sure your jewelry arrives safely. You’ll see both standard and expedited shipping options – so you can choose what feels right for you!
Shipping costs are calculated automatically before you place your order, and free shipping may be offered on orders that qualify.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that you’ve entered the right shipping address before placing your order. I can’t reroute packages once they’re on the move. And I’m not able to reship or refund packages that are delayed or lost because a shipping address is incorrect or incomplete at checkout.
Processing Time
My jewelry is made by hand, and I put a lot of love into each piece. I usually ship orders within 3 to 7 business days after they are received (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak high-volume times (like holidays), your order may take a little longer to process, but I’ll always keep you updated! And I’ll always do my best to send your jewelry as quickly as I can, when it’s ready.
Gift Wrapping
Each piece is beautifully wrapped and securely packaged, ready for gifting (or treating yourself!). You can also choose to leave a handwritten note at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
Didn’t receive your tracking email? Check your spam folder just in case – or let me know!
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping delays can happen.
If something feels off – your package is taking longer than expected, lost, or arrives looking less than perfect – please contact me within 6 days of when your jewelry was expected to arrive. I’ll connect with the carrier and do everything I can to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless I’ve made a mistake with your order. For more details on returns and exchanges, you can read my Return Policy.

As my small business grows, this shipping policy may change a little too. Any updates will always be posted here, along with the date changes take effect.
